  • Requirements:

    • Current RBT certification or 1+ year experience in ABA and interest in pursuing certification (training support available)

    • Reliable transportation and availability for home, daycare, or community-based sessions

    • Passion for helping children learn new skills through play, structure, and positive reinforcement

  • Responsibilities:

    • Supervise RBTs and provide parent coaching

    • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

    • Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and community partners

  • We offer individualized, high-quality supervision for aspiring BCBAs who want to develop strong clinical and ethical foundations.
