About Us

Founded by Christine Coffman, a master’s-level early childhood special educator and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Training Wheels was created to provide compassionate, evidence-based support for children and families.

Training Wheels was built on the belief that effective services come from clinicians who understand both the science and the heart behind the work.

    ABA Services

Individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs designed to teach new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and support your child’s development in a structured, evidence-based way.

  • Two men are smiling and laughing face-to-face, one older with gray hair and the other younger wearing a maroon cap and shirt, outdoors near a brick wall.

    Parent Training

Practical coaching and strategies for parents to support skill-building, behavior management, and independence at home, making therapy consistent and effective across daily routines.

  • A young boy with brown hair wearing black headphones and a navy and gray hoodie, looking upward with a neutral expression, in a room with a blurred TV and bookshelf in the background.

    IEP Support

Navigating your child’s IEP can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I provide expert guidance to help you understand your child’s goals, accommodations, and progress, and offer clear, actionable recommendations to support their success. Please note: this service is educational and consultative only, not legal advice.

    Behavior Consultations

We provide expert guidance and trainings to daycare & preschool programs on implementing effective ABA strategies, creating supportive environments, and promoting positive behaviors. Our BCBA-led consultations help staff feel confident and empowered while ensuring each child receives individualized, evidence-based support.
