3- Hour Coaching Session (3 Parts) with BCBA
Part 1: BCBA meets with director and/or teacher to learn more about needs of the classroom. 30 minutes
Part 2: BCBA provides in-person coaching to staff. BCBA will model evidence-based strategies, support learners and teachers, coach through difficult moments, and equip teachers with tools for shaping behaviors in the future. 2 hours
Part 3: After the coaching session, BCBA will meet with director and/or teacher to discuss ways to continue supporting successful behavior management based on data and anecdotal notes from the coaching session. 30 minutes
